Who we are

This website is published by Bond, a company based in Empire Building, Business Tower 4, Erbil. On this page "we" and "us" mean Bond. "You" means anyone who uses the site.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Use of the site

You may read the site, print pages for your own use and share links to any page.

• Do not copy the text, structure or design of this site to build a competing site or a commercial product.
• Do not request pages at a rate that affects the site, and do not attempt to reach any part of it that is not published.
• Do not send unlawful, misleading or harmful material through the contact form or the email address on the site.
• Do not present yourself as Bond or as an agent of the firm.

We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time.

Information on the site is general

Everything published here is general information about certification, vendor registration and tendering in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. It is general reading material. It is not legal advice and it is not advice about the position of your company.

Certification is issued by an independent certification body after that body runs its own audit. Registration decisions on the KRG Approved Suppliers Center, the Ministry of Natural Resources vendor list, the Ministry of Planning platform and UNGM are made by the owners of those lists. Award decisions on a tender are made by the buyer's evaluation committee. We prepare the company, the document pack and the bid. We do not decide any of those outcomes.

Rules, government fees and requirements in Iraq change. Figures on this site are correct as far as we know on the date shown at the top of the page. We make no promise that they are current on the day you read them.

Proposals and engagements are governed by the signed proposal

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Scope, timelines and prices exist only in a written proposal signed by both sides.

Where a signed proposal says something different from this website, the signed proposal applies. The signed proposal also carries the payment terms, the milestones, the pass-through of government and certification body fees, and the split of what we deliver and what the client delivers.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, logo and images on this site belong to Bond, except where they belong to someone else and appear with permission.

Standard designations such as ISO 9001, and the names of the certification bodies, government bodies and companies mentioned on this site, belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the organisation being described.

Ownership of documents we prepare for a client is set in the signed proposal for that engagement.

Links to other sites

This site names and links to third-party sites such as asc.gov.krd, mnronline.com and ungm.org. We link to them because they are the source of the requirement we are describing. We do not control them, we do not check what they publish, and we carry no responsibility for their content or for what happens when you use them.

Liability

We publish this site with care and we correct it when we find an error. We give no warranty that the site is free of errors or that it is available without interruption.

We carry no liability for loss that follows a decision taken on the basis of this site alone. That includes a bid you submit, a registration you file and a certification body you appoint without our involvement. Liability for work we carry out is set in the signed proposal for that engagement.

Nothing on this page limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The courts of Erbil have jurisdiction over any dispute about this site or about these terms.
