Prequalification and vendor lists

Iraq exported 1.23 billion barrels of crude in 2024, an average of 3.37 million barrels a day. Every field and every operator buys through its own supplier registration and its own tender board. A company that is not registered never sees the tender.

Approach

We register your company where the oil and gas tenders come from.

Nine state companies, sixteen international operators, nine EPC contractors and four standing lists each keep their own registration. We file all of them from one document pack.

Nothing in this is guesswork. Every register has its own forms, its own fee and its own expiry date, and we hold all of them on one calendar.

The registers ask for a current Erbil Chamber of Commerce certificate. Bond files the renewal before it lapses.

Process

We list every document the company holds and every expiry date.

Gap closure

We obtain the missing certificates, financial statements and HSE file.

Portal registration

We file each list on its own portal from the same pack.

Committee review

We answer each committee's clarification questions in its format.

Approval and listing

We capture the confirmation and hand over every login.

Questions we actually get

How long until we are actually on the list?

It varies by list, and anyone quoting one number for every list is guessing. Each registrar and operator runs its own review cycle, and some files wait until a committee convenes. Bond scopes the realistic window for your specific target list before you commit to anything.

Do we need ISO certificates before we apply?

Some lists require them, some score them, some ignore them. Where your target list demands a certificate you lack, Bond runs its compliance track in parallel so the listing waits no longer than it must. For a company whose system already conforms, Bond completes the preparation in five working days.

What happens if we get rejected?

The file comes back, Bond reads the reason, fixes the gap and resubmits. Rejections usually trace to missing, expired or wrongly legalized documents rather than to the company itself. Correction and resubmission sit inside the engagement.

Do listings expire?

The documents inside them do, and a listing carrying an expired certificate or clearance is effectively dead at the next tender. Bond tracks the expiry dates behind each of your listings and flags renewals before they cost you a bid.

Which lists can you get us on?

The KRG ASC, the MNR AVL, operator vendor lists and federal ministry registrations. One desk handles all of them, so your documents get prepared once and reused across every application.
