How do you charge for a tender?
Bond quotes after reading the tender file, since the price depends on the number of requirements and the format the buyer sets. Send the file on WhatsApp and Bond replies within four working hours.
What do we answer and what do you fill?
You answer facts: capacity, references, staffing, equipment, certificates. Bond converts those facts into the buyer's format, fills the forms and assembles the annexes. Pricing stays with you; Bond prepares the technical and administrative file around it.
The deadline is next week. Can you still take it?
Send the file. Bond replies on WhatsApp within four working hours with a yes or a no and a list of what it needs from you. Tight deadlines are workable when your base documents already exist, and expedited work carries a premium.
Is our tender information confidential?
Yes. Your file, pricing and references stay inside the engagement, and Bond does not prepare a competing response to the same tender. If two clients chase one tender, Bond takes one and declines the other.
The tender file is in Arabic. Is that a problem?
No. The desk reads tender files in Arabic, Kurdish and English and fills them in whichever language the buyer requires. You answer Bond's questions in the language you prefer.
