Compliance: ISO certification for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region
We prepare companies in Iraq for fourteen ISO standards. The certificate clears the quality criteria of the KRG Approved Suppliers Center, the MNR vendor list, the Ministry of Oil companies and government tenders.
Issued in Erbil. Read the same way in Baghdad, Dubai and Rotterdam.
The certificate comes from a body accredited under the international arrangement, so a procurement officer can check the accreditation and the certificate number himself. That check is the whole point of paying for an accredited body instead of a cheap one.

Certificate track
5 daysWe prepare the whole compliance system in five working days, so your file is ready for the audit, the lists and the tender. The certification body then runs stage 1 and stage 2 and issues the certificate on its own calendar.
For a company that needs to qualify now.

Implementation track
6 to 14 weeksThe system gets built into how the company actually works. Procedures are written down, records are kept, and staff are trained on site.
For a company preparing for operator audits.

We keep the renewal calendar, so a certificate never expires in the middle of a tender.

We bring the bookkeeping and the filings up to date.
We deliver this with our accounting partners. Banks, vendor lists and tender committees ask to see the same records, and a company with gaps in its books fails those checks.
Business inquiryQuestions we actually get
How fast can we actually get the certificate?
The certificate track runs about five days for a small organization whose system already conforms. In a hurry it can move faster at a premium. The speed comes from compressed scheduling and remote audit sessions, which the accreditation rules explicitly permit. (IAF, 2025)
Can we skip the audit if we pay more?
No. Accredited certification carries mandatory minimum audit durations set by IAF MD 5, maintained today under the Global Accreditation Cooperation, including a Stage 1 and a Stage 2 audit, and the rule forbids shrinking audit days by scheduling longer hours. Anyone issuing certificates without those audits is a certificate mill. Bond compresses the schedule; the audit itself runs at full mandated length. (IAF, 2023)
Why does the implementation track take six to fourteen weeks?
Because the auditor needs evidence the system runs: documented processes, trained staff, live records, an internal audit and a management review. Producing that evidence takes weeks even in a small company. The result is a system that passes certification and keeps passing at surveillance.
Which track fits us?
If you already operate a documented system and a tender is waiting on the paper, take the certificate track. If you are starting from little or nothing, take the implementation track and certify at the end. Bond tells you which one after a short WhatsApp review of what you have today.
How long is the certificate valid?
Accredited certificates run on a three year cycle: surveillance audits in years one and two, recertification in year three, each with its own mandated minimum duration. Bond schedules the cycle so the certificate never lapses in the middle of a tender. (IAF, 2023)
We are an oil and gas contractor. Which standards do we need?
ISO 9001 is the base certificate buyers ask for first. Add 27001 if your information systems matter to the client, or 39001 if you run a fleet on Iraqi roads. The standards share one harmonized structure, and an integrated audit of several standards can cut total audit time by up to a fifth compared with separate audits. (IAF, 2023)
